Farming Simulator 25: Beans & Alpacas Edition Giveaway | Terms and Conditions & Privacy Information

1. Organiser

The giveaway is organised by GIANTS Software GmbH, which is also the data controller for personal data processed in connection with this giveaway.

2. Prizes

We are giving away 10 digital copies of Farming Simulator 25: Beans & Alpacas Edition, with one copy per winner.

Each winner may choose between PC, PS5 or Xbox Series X|S. The digital game code must be compatible with the winner’s selected platform and account region. No cash alternative is available.

3. Eligibility and entry

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. The giveaway is open to residents of all countries. One entry per person.

To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps on the giveaway post on Instagram:

• Like the giveaway post.
• Follow @kaddicosplay on Instagram
• Follow @farmingsimulator on Instagram
• Tag two friends in the comments (on the posting) whom they would love to take on an alpaca walk with in Farming Simulator.

By entering, participants accept these terms and conditions.

4. Closing date

Entries close on November 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM CET. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

5. Winner selection and notification

The 10 winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries after the closing date. Winners will be contacted exclusively by @farmingsimulator via Instagram direct message.

6. Prize delivery

Prizes will be sent directly via Instagram direct message as digital game codes. Winners will need to confirm their preferred platform and account region so that a compatible code can be provided. We will not ask for a postal address or email address to deliver the prize.

7. Privacy information

GIANTS Software GmbH uses participants’ Instagram usernames, entries and relevant messages to verify eligibility, conduct the random draw, contact winners and deliver prizes. For winners, this also includes the platform and account region information provided for prize delivery.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and any other mandatory applicable data protection laws.

Instagram/Meta also processes personal data under its own privacy policy.
