Mod submission procedure

• Log on to ModHub (if you don't have an account, create one here)
• Create new mod (button)
• Use filename FS17Contest_myMod.zip
• Upload .zip archive
• If necessary, correct meta data
• Submission comment: "Mod Contest 2017" and click "Submit" button
• Send email to including name, age, address, name of mod and modhub account email address
