Modular BGA

Build the Biogas plant of your dreams, like you ever wanted it. 22 different modules to fit your needs (and let you earn money ;) ).
Each module fully functional. Only your imagination, how effectively the plant produces electricity, methane and digestate from all sorts of biomass, is the limit.

Our new closed system makes it possible that the plant is not influenced by other productions. Likewise, this results in a variety of control options.

On the one hand the bunker (filling with biomass) and on the other hand the fermenter (processing of the biomass). Both modules are always necessary.
With these two components, a fully functional plant can already be operated.
The production menu provides full control over how the plant should operate. In any case, the bunker must always be on distribution to pass the filled biomass to the digester.

The heart of any modular biogas plant. The digester.
Here you now have control over how you want to convert and send what on. The digester always produces raw methane which is intended for further distribution.
In addition, you can set the production to make digestate directly for the central digestate storage or for the secondary fermenter.
Through a central slurry store, not only the liquid fermenter, but also the digester, can be filled directly.

The liquid digester is designed directly for large volumes of slurry. It also gets more money out of the slurry and runs independently without an upstream digester.
The secondary digester converts the added substrate into more money, but it absolutely needs the digester upstream.

The resulting raw methane can basically already be sold in the individual modules. However, since this still contains impurities, the profit would not be so high.
All created fermentation residues can be collected in the central fermentation residue storage. Here you decide whether they are further processed or used to fertilize the fields.

Now that you have gotten the most out of your biomass, it is time to sell it. The Small and Medium Generator burn the raw methane with an efficiency of 80% and generate electricity from it.
The Large Generator (Stateron) and the Methane Sales Module purify the raw methane with an efficiency of 60% and convert it into methane.

For those who use productions that also require electricity or methane as input, there are still the methane / electricity storage facilities. They convert the raw methane into electricity (80%) or methane (60%) in the same way as the sales points.
And by distributing to their productions are sent.
But also refueling / charging is possible at it.

Info:
For the placement, it is highly recommended to use the "Free Build" mode. (standard key V)
Bunkers can also be placed at the standard BGP and fill it.
Fermentation residue storage can also collect fermentation residues from standard BGA, if placed there on distribute.
Keep in mind that when the production is set to distribute, the goods will also be delivered to all productions running alongside the BGP that accept this products.
Last but not least, keep the production limit of 60 total productions in mind. If you need more, use the production limit increaser mod by modelleicher (only PC), available at the modhub.
