Lizard Road Scraper is a handy tool for your forwarder. Use the forwarder grapple to drag the Lizard Road Scraper behind to clear/clean the road.

In shop you can either buy the plow + cultivator version or keep it at standard, this will not have any function in game other than moving tree branches out of the way.
For the Plow + Cultivator version you can enter the Road Scraper to enable "Allow Create Fields" just like a standard plow.
