With this mod, the farm owner earns $400 per horse in good health (above 80%) each month, simulating income from boarders renting your stalls.
You’ll still need to feed the horses, but the cleaning is handled automatically by their owners.

To keep gameplay balanced, the horses’ riding level is not increased, so their sell price remains unchanged.

Rent payments are collected at midnight.
