CAREER TIERS:
Tier 1 - Newcomer (0 XP): max 120 HP
Tier 2 - Farmhand (3,000 XP): max 160 HP
Tier 3 - Operator (10,000 XP): max 230 HP
Tier 4 - Foreman (25,000 XP): max 320 HP
Tier 5 - Master Farmer (50,000 XP): all unlocked

SMART SHOP LOCK:
Vehicles above your HP limit are blocked in the store - buy and rent buttons disable automatically. Motor configuration swaps are re-checked instantly, so you cannot bypass the limit by picking a smaller engine.
