Send us your Mod entry with the following information:

• Nickname or Modteam name
• Full Name (*)
• Address (*)
• Country (*)
• Birthday (*)
• ZIP file (**) of the Mod (as runnable ZIP Mod, only one ZIP file per entry)
• 1 Mod Icon (PNG 133x133)
• 1 to 3 images of the mod (PNG 560x320)
• Optional: 1 logo of mod team (PNG 172x47)

(*) Modteams should supply this information for the contact person of the team only.
(**) Please provide a download link for large files (e.g. files above 5MB).

Submission deadline is August 7, 2013 23:59h. No legal recourse is permitted.
